Table Options and Pricing
- Rooms A and B — 6 Foot Table$160
- Rooms A — 8 Foot Table$180
- Room C — 6 Foot Table$145
- Tables are placed in Rooms A, B, and C for strong traffic flow throughout the venue.
- Room C is located in a spacious hallway area.
- Table assignments are appointed by show management before the event.
Important Vendor Information
Table assignments are appointed by show management prior to the event. Vendors do not select specific table locations.
Assignments are made to ensure the best overall show layout and benefit for everyone.
Overnight Security
- Rooms A and B will be locked and secured overnight, allowing vendors in those rooms to leave items set up.
- Vendors in Room C must pack up all items at the end of each show day.
- A secure storage room will be available for overnight storage — bring items there for safe keeping.
Vendor Break Room
A dedicated break room will be available for vendors to rest, eat, and enjoy complimentary coffee throughout the show.
Professional Standards
- Keep aisles clear and inventory within your table footprint
- All vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and transactions
- Please be respectful of neighboring vendors and visitors to maintain a positive show atmosphere
Hotel Accommodations for Vendors
Vendors receive a special discounted room rate at the host resort on a first come first serve basis.
Discounted rooms are limited. To receive your vendor discount link, email us and we will send the link
while discounted rooms remain available.
If discounted rooms sell out, standard hotel availability may still be offered directly through the resort.
